At the start of the session you will be guided through a quick space setting to help you relax and open into the process, as a safe container is created. You will be asked to Set an intention, what would you like clarity on? Remember to have questions to ask or areas you'd like to explore so, come prepared with questions so we may use your time wisely. Questions are best when they are asked from the heart, not the head. 

I am an Intuitive, Psychic, Medium and Channel. When I do a reading, I hear the voice of spirit both externally and internally in my head, and sometimes spirit will speak directly through me. The guides, spirit, your own divine self, all those who appear for a session are as real to me as any three-dimensional being. I see spirits and energy fields the same as I see any living being. 

Take notes, and when possible, record the session. It is recommended to give yourself time after the reading to let the insights settle (never act or react immediately to any information).

All mediums and channels use psychic abilities,

Channelling: is a practice where a practitioner allows a non-physical entity—such as a spirit guide, angel, ascended master, or universal consciousness—to temporarily blend their energy to share wisdom, often allowing these spiritual energies to flow through them, often speaking directly on behalf of the entity. this offers a Broader spiritual guidance focused on soul lessons, life purpose, and personal evolution.

While these terms are often used interchangeably, they refer to different practices and sources of information. The core difference lies in where the practitioner gets their information and what they use it for.
